Urusan sangat mudah, penjaga kaunter layan soalan dengan baik. Pengawal keselamatan pun mesra tolong tunjukkan tempat mesin deposit syiling.
Dealing is very easy, the counter attendant handles questions well. The security guard was friendly, please show me where the coin deposit machine is.

Servis lambat. Staff panggil cust, tp once dh smpai dpn kaunter, 5 min tercengang2 tak ckp apa2. Nak sapa pun tak. Menunggu la 5min tu situ. Nk ckp mcm buat keja pun tak. Dia tgk kita, kita tgk dia, dia tgk kaunter lain. Pastu tiba2 suh pindah kaunter sebelah pulak. Aissshh. At least ckpla pape bg salam ke,gtau utk tggu ke kejap. Cust blh faham. Dah la utk open account ni kena book appt. Kaunter sebelah awl2 tu pun lmbat sgt. Lps scan qrcode nk bg feedback ni, br nmpk laju sikit keja. Aishh menyirap jee rasaaa. Overall, sgt lambat buat keja. Jrg2 sy bg feedback ni. Kalau bagi tu, mmg btl2 tak kena la tu. Harap blh improve. Tq
Service is slow. Staff called cust, but once dh smpai dpn counter, 5 min tercengang2 tak ckp apa2. I don't want anyone. Wait 5 minutes there. Nk ckp mcm buat keja pun tak. He's not us, we're not him, he's not another counter. Then all of a sudden I moved the counter next to Pulak. Aissshh. At least ckpla pape bg salam ke, gtau utk tggu ke kejap. Cust can understand. Dah la utk open account ni kena book appt. The counter next to the awl2 was very slow. Lps scan qrcode nk bg feedback ni, br nmpk laju sikit keja. Aishh menyirap jee rasaaa. Overall, very slow to work. Jrg2 and bg feedback ni. If it's for that, mmg btl2 doesn't need it. Please improve. Tq

Sorry to mention that this bank the most slowest service ever! Opened 3 service counter. Only one number ahead. But i have to wait for 1 hour!

No appointment needed. Just walk in and line up outside. They provide chairs for those waiting for their turn. Waiting time is around 30 minutes on a friday morning. Staff are friendly and will assist you for your needs. Parking is available at basement 3 and 4. Parking rates are as attached below.
