Service is slow, they make you wait even when no customer at the service counters.
Visited again on 24 Sep 20.
Reserved car park is well managed.
Counter services still appear to be slow.

Counter service was extremely slow, only 1 counter in service. Waited outside the main door for 30 minutes only 1customer being served.
I may have to wait 2 hours for my for turn, so I gave up. Wish they could open more counters to speed up the service.
