β β β β β It was my first time coming here and I'm going to apply for kad siswa(Rm100). I got the 'queue up number' in Bank Rakyat, Bukit Mertajam on 9:47am and waited for more than one hour to reach my turn even there is no much people inside there. The reason made me felt annoying is the staff keep on let others who is late to get their turn first. Maybe they feel 'kad siswa' procedure is more complicated so they let them first but when it reached my turn the procedure is actually easy. It is damn not fair to us who is waiting there. There is only two counters was open and the staff leave their place often! It took more than 10 minutes for only one customer. I don't understand why they so hard to settle an application. They should trained before right. The queueing system should be improve! And the management team should train your staff better. Most of them are friendly and we don't have so much time to sit there and wait your staff work slowly and sweetly. If possible, it will be the last time I went to Bank Rakyat, Bukit Mertajam since their service were terrible. Worst bank service I met ever.

β β β β β I came here for first time and I was scolded by the guard.
I came here for second time and I was called to come next time because system i was not functioning.
I come here today for third time ady and the customer service tell me system is not functioning and in maintaining. I ask them how long do i need to wait. The customer service and the guard just laughing and say 'at least one day'..... Okay Bank Rakyat service is so slow until i need to spend my whole day here? Please improve your staff quality and operation speed. Thank you.
