No helpfull staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services..call customer service and the machine keep auto repeating currently busy until when?At least your side should add live chat or something better to attend the people do not expect all your customer have to waiting for whole their lifetime just for updating the mobile no. only?such a bad services in treating people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad bad service....wait from 8 am in front bank & get qeu no. 6...10 AM caunter still not running yet...1st customer finish at 11.15 AM (waiting from 6.30 AM) I am 6th customer still not finish untill now I writting this comment at 12.32 PM (waiting from 8 AM).Very very slow & bad service...by the same time got 5 person with "cable" cross over all customer waiting turn..Branch Manager not profesional manage the branch & staf...Only left 2 branch in Penang for opening acc. For Matriks use..The service very slow ...I dont understand why counter start running at 10AM actualy open time 9AM? I want headquarters to investiget why counter start running 10.10 AM????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location & good interest rates but you'll need lots of patience & time for your transactions here. Service is very slow & usually, there is only one or two counters serving customers regardless of the long queue.
In comparison, its branch in town is a lot more efficient & there are more counters opened.
