Musim pkp, datang biarlah awal. Beratur pun tak lama. Staff bagi kerjasama yang baik. Mesra. Keep it up! Asalkan datang cukup dokumen, inshaAllah smooth.
Alhamdulillah, things went smoothly.
Season pkp, come let it be early. The queue was not long. Staff for good cooperation. Friendly. Keep it up! As long as enough documents come, inshaAllah smooth.

โ โ โ โ โ First time i see this bank rakyat's counters are d worse one. Very poor n slow service. Talking n walking take longer time instead of working. Waited for one hour plus to reach my turn. Waiting time from 4.30pm to 6.15pm. There are three counters open.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible service at the bank. Came to take my Student KadSim. The police officer working at the counter didn't give me a number. When I went back to ask them why they didn't give me a number, they told me they will call my name. Waited for 1 hour and when I finally went to the counter to ask what's wrong, they told me to take a number and wait! I asked the lady at the counter if she could process my application now because I've already been waiting for 1 hour and she said no! I can't believe this. Worst bank service ever. Thanks to the police officer who doesn't even know how to give a damn number. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time Bank Rakyat.
