Slow service ... old system .. x up to date directly .. other banks can detect identity cards, bsn ni je can't detect. disappointed wait 30 min. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service lembab..orang ramai tunggu nk buat urusan bank..tp yg buka kaunter 2orang je..da la ATM xde duit..tk tahu brp lama nk tunggu...klau nk service bagus tuk pengeluaran tu buat la 1 orang je..yg lain2 urusan buat lain kaunter...jika nk rht yg mne kt dlm office tu kluar la jg kaunter..ingt org lain xde kje ke nk menunggu lama2 kt Bank tu...kulu kilir kulu kilir..tp xde pnyudah...
