★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow la servis dia. Even urusan nk tukar kad je pun sbb dah tamat tempoh ambik masa yg lama btol. Bazir smpai 3 - 4 jam tunggu je. Belum berurusan lg. Habis x jadi buat urusan lain. Cdgn sy baik pergi cawangan2 lain yg lg besar klau urusan remeh2.
Slow service day. Even the business of changing the card has already expired for a long time. Bazir until 3 - 4 hours wait je. Haven't dealt yet. Finish x so do something else. It's good to go to other big branches for trivial matters.

humid service. From 11:30 in the morning until now 2.23 in the afternoon, my grandmother isn't ready to stay in there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont have direct line to the brach. Call to Customer service transfer also cant get to the branch. more than 20 times a day also cant get in , no staff free to pick up the phone? and never get call back or feed back from them. worst bank in Malaysia??
