★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few times I come to this polyclinic and can see the doctor is not friendly. It is suppose to be 24 hours sevices but doctor were not in only until 8.30am. If you come from 6.00am to 8.00am. You still need to wait until 8.30am as only by that time doctor is available. Basically they open 24 hours but their service is not 24 hours. So unprofessional.

She treated half heartedly use a lowest volume ever to speak with the patient but once I asked for mc she had the audacity to scold me and saying something that a doctor shouldnt have said. I mean hello I paid for the service not to get scolded. Well thats really not a way to treat your patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever!! If got choice, better go to other place. Ubat tah apa2 je kasi. Dah la salah ubat. Ubat pun low grade. Better buy at pharmacy yourself.

You will be in hot soup if you ask for MC and Dr Norisah should read my review. Don’t go here if you want to be treated like a human.
