β β β β β Saya da tunggu dekat 1 jam, tak sampai lagi giliran saya. Depan saya masih ada berbelas pelanggan tunggu lagi. Service sangat slow, penat menunggu je. Harap dapat baiki service ye. Bank lain tak de pula camni.
I'll wait for close to an hour, it's not my turn. In front of me there are still dozens of customers waiting. Service is very slow, tired of waiting for je. Please fix the service. Other banks do not threaten either.

β β β β β Service is quite okay considering BSN do not have much branches around. The branch is quite small and cannot accomodate huge crowd at one time. And also only one ATM and CDM machine each. Plenty of parking though.
