★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book table and order at 12pm for berbuka puasa. Arrived at 7.15pm no food on table,just drinks only. 7.45pm only food arrived. Some of the customer already go back and cancel order.Even customers already complained, supervisor didn't care and not even say sorry. Very bad serviced. No star.

Can you guys can imaging a cake shop always out of stock 2 days per weeks, morning they don't have cake, afternoon they don't have cake, I understand like 8pm late they sold out, but come on, they can open the shop without any cake for two day in a row, what was that? Moreover the staff all working in slow motion, they didn't prepare the order accordingly, no system at all. I saw the restaurant have many crew member, but just like half of them are working, I hope the shop manager can see my message and make improvement
For who want to buy cake from here please call to the shop first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the baked fish and buttermilk chicken. Fish was so hard I couldn’t rip it with my hands or cut with knife, literally had to bite into it and rip off with my teeth. It was 70% batter and 30% fish..a very very thin strip of fish. Chicken was better but seriously looked like kid size meal..very small piece. I like SR food generally..so quite disappointed with the food quality from this branch.
