Seronoknya kalau kami sebagai pelanggan dilayan dengan senyuman dan sedikit kemesraan . Senyum kan sedekah . Harap dapat diperbaiki. Maaf zahir & batin .
It is less friendly and serious for some people who serve at the counter. Our little smile also makes our customers fast. It's nice that we as customers are treated with a smile and a little warmth. Smile is a gift. Please fix it. May you forgive us .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked my account information to be renewed,but her attitude can be called rather disrespectful towards me.She belittling me in condescending tone and expression saying I just change my information previously when In fact I just made my account last month,then she have time to gossip about me to her collegue.I came there to update the information,if I know that I will be treated like such noncalance and lack of respect,I will rather not come to the bank at all.Just because I am young,does not mean I do not deserved to be treated with some respect.I came for some business,not wanting to face such attitude from the worker there.Please act professionally.I'm reluctance to come back to this bank anymore if this attitude persist.I think if you have the same problem,you can consider CIMB,Maybank and other banks.Their treatment is way ahead of this BSN.
