β β β β β My mom been waiting here for an hour just to reactivate her account. The staff not even told her why the process took long time to finish. They made her waiting without any explaination until i asked.After an hour plus then only they said it was a line problem, did not know when everything can be settled. An hour seating there like stupid, the staff at counter can laughing and talk to each other ignoring all the customer.
Bad service.
