โ โ โ โ โ The AKH Staff at counter do not know how to track my last wave transaction in the system when I last lost my recently renewed debit card at SS15 Subang Jaya. Worst still, after renewed another debit card, the whole CIMB CLICKS system WAS UPSIDE DOWN.
Poor Management or should I say Political issue ?.

โ โ โ โ โ 0 star for the male staff at counter (the one who help to print bank statement). Racist and poor service. Totally ignore you even you are the first one who queue up. Choose people to serve. I was there and asking for bank statement printing. He asked me to get the estatement from email, then don't want to serve you anymore. Keep serve the people queue behind me. While the people behind me were also asking for bank statement but he can print out for them. why i was being treated differently? So racist. Previously the female staff at counter is good. Now change to this old & ugly male staff. Terrible service. Cimb should take disciplinary action on this staff.
