★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sangat lembap, security PB pun agak biadap dan tidak ada etika. Pelanggan datang awal beratur panjang dan lama tetapi dipanggil untuk masuk orang yang datang kemudian. Tiada sistem nombor menyusahkan orang lain yang datang awal patut ikutlah giliran. Kerani bsn jugak ambil masa lama untuk selesaikan urusan pelanggan. Saya datang jam 11.30am beratur, dipanggil masuk jam 1.15pm, selesai urusan jam 2.20pm. Tidak masuk akal urusan ambil masa begitu lama sedangkan 4/6 kaunter dibuka. Harap pihak atasan ambil perhatian serius terhadap perkara ini. Servis yang tidak cekap memberi implikasi negatif kepada pelanggan. Sila tingkatkan tahap kecekapan anda.
 Service is very slow, PB security is a bit rude and there is no ethics. Customers come early in long and long queues but are called to enter people who come later. No number system bothers others who come early should take turns. BSN clerks also take a long time to complete customer matters. I came at 11.30am queuing, called in at 1.15pm, finished business at 2.20pm. It doesn't make sense to take so long when 4/6 counters are open. Hope your superiors take this matter seriously. Inefficient service has negative implications for customers. Please increase your level of efficiency.
