PKP time matters in keeping distance. If inside we have to line up outside the bank.

8December2020. The male officer in charge of the counter was arrogant, talking like he wanted to be angry. Talk about rubbing salt in my wounds - d'oh! Old and young like poor, good service ยฒ. No manners!

bsn pendang p berapa puluh kali pun staff dok sombong mcm kita nak ambik duit depa. polis hat tua tu pun sama cakap tak beradap. aku habaq nak ambik duit bpr dgn bpn, last staff pekak bagi duit bpn saja tapi resit tulis bpn bpr. lembab. cakap dengan orang tua tak mesra langsung. dah tau orang tua layan la elok sikit depa bukan reti sangat bank2 ni. aku punya malas nak p bsn pendang seqa p bsn gurun tapi servis sama ja? staff biadap tu ja nak bagitau, baru qeja bank tak kenai adab dengan orang tua, muda dah. harap staff bsn haprak baca.

bsn pendang p no matter how many times the staff is arrogant, we want to take the money. The old cops were just as rude. I habaq want to take bpr money with bpn, last deaf staff for bpn money only but write receipt bpn bpr. damp. talk to unfriendly parents at all. I know the parents serve him a little nicely, not very bankers. I have a lazy kid p bsn pendang seqa p bsn gurun but the service is the same ja? the staff is rude ja I want to tell you, new qeja bank doesn't have manners with old people, young. please staff bsn haprak read.

โ โ โ โ โ Layanan boleh nilai sendiri based on berapa star saya bagi tu. Likeโฆharitu saya ada call sebab nak activekan acc untuk nak buat online transfer then she said kena datang bank and settle dekat bank. BUT! BILA SAYA DAH DATANG BANK NAK URUS APA PATUT! Yang dekat kaunter pulak cakap untuk urusan berkenan online ni kena call tak boleh buat direct dekat bank. Lol taktau nak rasa apa. Waste my time! Dahla setiap kali kalau call akan keluar lagu dan cakap-cakap bende tah yang dia punya lama tu sempat la nak buat Degree then sambung Master.
P/s: yang angkat call saya haritu suara dia macam malas layan. Kalau badmood pon janganlah saya kena tempias:โ)) k tu je nak luah.

Likeโฆ that day I had a call because I wanted to activate acc to make an online transfer then she said I have to come to the bank and settle near the bank. BUT! WHEN I COME TO THE BANK, I WANT TO DEAL WITH WHAT IT SHOULD DO! The one near the counter said that for online business, you have to call, you can't do it directly near the bank. Lol I don't know what to taste. Waste my time! Dahla, every time when a call comes out, a song comes out and talks about what he has had for a long time, he wants to do a Degree, then call Master.
P/s: the one who picked up my call that day sounded like he was lazy. If I'm in a bad mood, don't make me feel bad: ')) k tu je nak luah.
