 Unsatisfactory service ,, bsn staff is not polite ,, strict face ,, bad language with old people ,,, not customer friendly ,,, very unsatisfactory ,, first time dealing surprised with bsn staff service, elsewhere ok, kat here is really bad ,, hope the train management returns the staff ,, to be more polite and courteous ,,, ?
