β β β β β I went to change my ATM card, and the service was super fast. Later I wanted to reset my online banking username and password. Though the problem couldn't be instantly solved due to some technical glitch, I must mention the friendliness, courtesy and efforts put in by Pn Eka. People like her are assets to BSN. The reason is most people only offer praise when they get what they want instantly, but we must also appreciate when bank staffs try all they can. Eka is one who deserves praise for doing whatever she could.

Try to settle my payment in Kedah as my loan applied in Kedah(BSN works seperately,they can't directly assess different state info) Waited for a month instead of the one week maximum as promised. This branch directly liased with Kedah and get it done on the spot. Very helpful staff. Thanks pn noraziah
