True professional, Honest and fair price.
I was on my way from KL to Penang for holidays and noticed my air cond is blowing hot air instead. Worried and has asked my husband to Google for air cond service in Penang while I was driving with our windows down.
Mr Tan checked my car and pre empted me that the compressor may need to be changed as the damage of the clutch can be seen when he checked with the torch light. However, he did suggest other possible actions and shared the pros and cons. I left my car to him for diagnosis and soon he called that I need to change my compressor. I m.not surprised on the price as I already checked around. What surprised me is that Mr Tan service has surpassed my expectation by also check on my 'spoilt' rear air cond duct. I told him that Toyota told me the fuse is faulty and the repair will cost RM1000. Mr Tan informed he has changed the fuse for me and the rear air cond is working fine now. And it's FOC. He said he only installed the fuse which was never there and the fuse only cost RM1 or so. Putting in the fuse a no brainer job he showed me. Hence, he is not charging. Where can I find someone like this in KL.

When the time i sent the car over, he tried to understand the "medical history" of my car a/c after he did the preliminary diagnosis. I rarely see this in other shops. Now my car is feeling like a new car's a/c after the repair service.
