In the end the result is quite satisfied, the cleaner able to clean all the corner and visible area, they are providing good quality and professional service to the customer. Cleaners are nice and friendly, and they are able to clean up the whole house in a very short period. Outstanding!

I chose 2 cleaners for 2 hours in my booking. But without clear instructions from the apps, I proceed to book the first provider, Khalid (+6013 773 6881). When I checked with him, he said I have to cancel and rebook so I did. My money was already deducted but no available balances in the apps.
Your customer service, Randy (+6019 948 4833) told me to arrange with the provider offline and you will proceed to release payment to the provider, when I have already asked for a refund. So I confirmed with him and he agreed. But he did not show up, did not reply to texts and calls on the day. Later, he told me the booking was cancelled so he took another offer, when it was agreed upon in our conversation that he will do it and said 'See you' as the end of the conversation. It was so straightforward.
I am very disappointed and furious with your service. Without proper communication and management you have made your customer waited for nothing with money deducted, Please take note our money is valuable too and I cleared up my schedule for NOTHING. The app itself is also very not user-friendly. I WILL NOT use the app again and WILL NEVER recommend it to the others.

Other maids usually used 4 hours to finish the job but he only used 3 hours and the house was really clean, even clean than the other maids I hired before. I was so impressive to this platform until I write a review to them and it was my first time review!!!
