โ โ โ โ โ Food is OK, but the pork & beef kinda dry. For serving, is slow, for me, because I wait around 20-25min for the food to serve, too slow! For some people maybe fast, because they serve together with other table that late arrive.

โ โ โ โ โ First visit to this restaurant to celebrate daughter's birthday. Signed up as member via apps for birthday treat. 30% off for birthday person. Food taste average, service average. Probably a one time thing for me too.

โ โ โ โ โ Pictures on the menu has nothing to do with what you receive, low quality and quantity. The meat and fish not fresh at all and the stove low quality so everything sticks to it and ruins the experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Pay RM49.90++ to eat spoilt seafood, all the food is not fresh even the so call US premium pork . I did tell the supervisor and he just ignore me without giving any comment!!!!! Serve very slow, order 10 items only gv 5 items. Suck service and food!!!

The sit is too oill and it no clean enough!!!
Not recommend, if you want come and wait for robot to serve you. Better think twice !!

โ โ โ โ โ To be honest, this was the first time I went to a hotpot in KL and let me tell you that as an amateur home cook that it was an exhausting experience trying to figure out what to put in, where things go and when things are ready to be eaten. But I can't deny that it was fun.
I'm pretty surprised by the comments this place is getting because of its service. I personally didn't have an issue because most of the time the waiters were on standby and ready for my silly requests for strangely addictive cabbages and more butter. Food quality was alright, but considering that it was my first time the food tastes like how you cooked it. The pork tastes like pork, the fish like fish and the tofu was actually fish cakes so it tasted like fish (that one was on me though, I was not expecting that).
Will I come back for another hotpot, considering that I need to cook my own food and pay good money for it? Possibly, after my first time I think I've got a PhD in hotpot cooking now, maybe the next time will be less demanding.
