β β β β β Hi. I have encountered your worst staff attitude from Simple Life Cheras Leisure mall branch. I have been to your Pavilion branch. The service was good. But this branch I supposed run by a brunch of rude & arrogant uneducated foreigners burmese/Indonesian. Especially 2 tanned Burmese ladies standing in front of the shop! I have health problems so I was asking nicely if the set noodle is spicy & added balacan. The burmese/Indonesian young girl in glasses bluntly replied it is spicy and canβt be changed to non-spicy n it is super spicy saying in a sarcastic manner.both ladies were chatting in their languages in front of me while I was continuously looking at the menu. Within 1 minute I left the shop.
I supposed no shop manager there, so they think they can treat their customers like third world people. hope your management will look into your rude n disgusting foreigner staff. i wasn't feeling well that day so i didn't want to argue with these 2 uneducated burmese ladies!

β β β β β Impolite staff and ineffective services. Had been to many outlets, by far the worst. Fried rice took more than 30 min, and it was not busy hour at that time. Maybe boss treat them really bad, so workers barely put a smile on. Hope for improvement & wish all of you a Happy New 2022.

β β β β β My first time to patron Simple Life and definitely the lastβ¦. Ordered a set meal, the side dishes were so bad. The blanched vege is so bitter. The salad dressing has a very weird smell, and the last side dish-worthy to serve a rabbit- raw carrot n few small chunks of cucumber. N can tell the carrots have been left in the air for a long time. The soup that was given - ur neighbourhood chap fan stall free soup is better than the one here.
Rice that was served- cold n dry
Not worth every single penny of RM 26.30
No need come, eat somewhere else

β β β β β The food here is quite tasty for vegetarian. The curry meehoon which I have tasted really is comparable to their meaty version. The place is always clean and bright. Friendly staff. And cordial and the food quality has always been maintained to a satisfactory level. It is definitely value of money, considering the variety of food that we can choose, the large portion that they serve, and the reasonable price that we have to pay. This restaurant suitable for family and friends for hang out.

β β β β β Thatβs was my first try Simple Life Velocity with family and I have order a Adam Laksa, Iβm disappointed the potion too small, even Iβm a small eater also not enough to fill my stomach. The soup have nice spicy and sour but hope they can give more noodles not moreeeeee soup. If you ask whatβs the proportion of it, 80% of soup and 20% of noodles as what you can see on the picture I add below, the soup toooooo extra for me (the noodles Iβve finished). If you guys are small eater then go for it, if not dun order this. The bowl is big but noodles is tooo lesss, price not reasonable ??RM16++ pay for the soup ???

β β β β β Disappointing food quality. Serving speed was quite slow considering the small number of patrons at my time of visit. And got served the wrong food too.
Ordered my favorite porridge item, tasteless and undercooked. The seaweed, carrots in the porridge are totally raw and hard I had to pick them out piece by piece. I frequent other branches of Simple Life regularly and Iβm 100% sure it doesnβt normally taste like that.
Oyster mushroom was so thick-cut itβs so hard to chew that I suspect itβs also undercooked. I doubt the chef knows how oyster mushroom should normally be prepared.
The patrons at the table beside me was complaining about having raw undercooked noodles so Iβm not the only one having this experience. They requested for recook but I guess the food was still not prepared correctly after as they left quite a large portion uneaten. So I did not bother to complain to the staffs as itβs already near closing time and I donβt wish for them to waste another batch of food ingredients.
Iβm a supporter of clean food from Simple Life, hope the manager of this branch takes this comment seriously and do some improvement.
