★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why 3star? The food 100% was Okay, no worries BUT people always forget services provided but staff is quite important also. Sadly one of the staff that attended me, his face no smile at all, and it look like i asking a robot. 1 question, 1 answer. What a poor services. So B&R, please give a good training to your staff on how to greet or welcome customer with smile at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to have a junior scoop for 31st May night, but there’s a lot of people in the shop to buy Baskin Robbin 31 offer. In the shop only have 1 counter to handle so many people. Have asked the Shop Assistant whether can order junior scoop first but she say cannot, have to queue too. So I hope Baskin Robbin can have one more counter during this type of peak days 31 promotion. Not only take care for pint purchase, also take care on those buying cones. Thanks!

This branch is clean with good ambient. It sells cakes too.
It will be my future favourite spot when looking for ice cream!
