★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This premise has a cover walkway. So you are not grilled under the sun while queuing for entry due to standard operating procedure ( SOP) Covid 19 pandemic control. Some of the outlets may have no cover. Services are of Malaysia standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take note that every entry cost a minimum RM2, even within 15min. However the board at the entrance didn't mention abt it and wrote a "RM.00 for the first 2hr". There is only a small paper mentioning the charge at the exit!!! What are you expecting? People paying attention to the inconspicuous message at the exit when considering whether to enter or not??? Please take appropriate action ASAP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded and long queue as it is strategically located within business area and industrial area of Bayan Baru. Please be patient as it might take some time to settle your intended things here. Located in the D’Piazza Mall. Paid parking available, or else park at the roadside but be ready to pay summon/saman.
