β β β β β I refer to baskin robbins in Times Square shopping mall. Very expensive ice cream, super long wait, and the customer service was just outrageous. The poor staff is clearly underpaid, the company should hire more people and increase the quality of their products.

β β β β β Very Bad n rude service here. I went here at 9 pm wanted to order 2regular double ice cream and this woman can say" miss can choose faster cause we are going to close" . Is this the way to entertain customer.! Will not come again! U should change your business hour to 9pm instead of 10pm!
