★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive theater located on the 2nd and 3rd levels of Berjaya Time Square shopping mall. Many popular films on offer. Clean theaters with comfortable seating and friendly service staff. Many good options for theater food and drinks, all HALAL. We paid only 14myr to see a movie.

The attendant who helped get the tickets at the third floor , was quite rude, wasn’t friendly and approachable at all , just wanted to swiftly book the tickets and brush off, firstly he gave the wrong prices , then booked the wrong seats . I understand Tamil , and they were simply mocking us, I pretended as if I didn’t understand.
I was told this was the premiere cinema , but the toilets were horrible , sink tap water was brown , there as urine all over the toilet seats , the cinema. seats were dirty,
Screen, air-conditioning and the sounds pretty good . But won’t come back again . Movie experience was good but the service delivery is poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I watched 'Spiderman - Far from Home' here two weeks ago on a Friday afternoon in this plush premium room. The seats are very comfortable and the screen was huge! I also loved the lighting. However, the AC was cranked up too high and I felt quite cold.
Tickets are cheaper on weekday mornings and afternoons. I paid RM11. Also, the cinema is not crowded hence it's a good time to see a movie if you want to pay less and not be in a room with too many people.
I enjoyed the experience. Worth every ringgit spent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how to say this, been coming to this mall since I was a 20 years old and it was something to be hold, high brands quality stores and services beautiful hotel with a great pool.
But now as it happens I walk around every thing is closed shopes folded, major retailers are off and what you have in hands is a giant mall turned to daily Bazar with copy cat products left and right.
It like a dying mall with unique theme park and Cinema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cinema hall is awesome. Very well connected by public transport, decent food options in the mall, with good shows. The gates open exactly 4 minutes before the Showtime - and need the tickets to be scanned for the gates to open. The movie starts screening, right on time - to the second!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this mall ever since I was a child attending their theme park or either for shopping due to varieties of shops available which are also not costly.
I recently booked 2 tickets with my wife to go watch Dr. Strange and really was excited about it although the movie did not meet my highest expectation.
When a movie enthusiast goes to a cinema, popcorn plays a big role in their life as it has been educated from young that movies are best watch with some warm caramelized popcorn and a soft drink.
Little did we know that on that day, 7 May 2022, show was at 8.15pm which was still within operational time of the mall and guess what? NO POPCORN BRO!!!!! I felt devastated as well as my wife and I had to spend another RM25 to get nuggets since I did not have a choice. It was indeed the most unpleasant movie experience I had in my life. First time I'm hearing them say "Sorry bang, POPCORN HABIS" I was like kepala bana GSC cannot afford to buy/pop more seeds? It's the endemic bruh and people are now dying to go watch movies with their loved ones every now and then.
Quick tip: When purchasing a ticket on the GSC app, once you selected your seat, it brings you to a menu to select what F&B you'd like hence you will need to ensure that popcorn is available and if it's not, you may need to assume their so called popcorns finished. They DON'T even inform on the app or else I would have gone else where.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You ruined my experience with an AMAZING movie by having the lights on for 20 minutes! The viewers told you multiple times the lights were on yet you dismissed us. Completely lousy management. I will never watch a movie here ever again.
