★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I left a message to speak to the manager and was told she was in a meeting....for the next 2 days!! After a week I called the store many times and when someone eventually picks up the phone I get told it's her day off or not available. I have left my number with them many times. But no one calls back. I wonder if this post will prompt the manager to get in contact with me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff although she is busy. Buy 1 free 1 deal is now available from end of feb to 30 march 2021 for Regular ice cream. Suitable to have it during the hot weather of shopping at JPO. Regular ice cream at rm12.50!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing that the kids were looking forward to when visiting the premium mall was definitely baskin Robbins ice-cream!
They rushed us to the ice cream parlour upon reaching the mall. It’s a great place to allow the kids to have a good time, eating their favourite ice-cream before all the shopping activities!
There were tables available if you would like to have your ice cream inside the air conditioned restaurant. They offered many different taste and options and my kids loved the bubble gum flavored ice-cream.
