★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream flavors I've tried so far are so good! Mango lassi is tropical and refreshing. Biscoff cheesecake is not too sweet with little surprise of saltiness. The waffles are also not so sweet and complement the ice cream nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff did not give the cooler bag even though I bought 2 pints of ice creams on the 12 February 2022. They are not friendly and not welcoming at all when I arrived at the shop. Sour face staff! Attached is the paper bag given for my ice cream. I have lodged a complaint to your HQ and they gave me a complimentary 1 pint of ice cream and a cooler bag for the ice cream on Monday afternoon (14 February 2022). Kudos to your HQ for very quick response on this issue. The staff at your branch should know/(re-trained) that customer will get a complimentary cooler bag for every 2 pints of ice cream purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium ice cream that adequately matches with its price. If you've had Baskin Robbins before, I'm sure you'd love it here too. Ambience is 7/10 though they could slightly more on the interior. Not really a suitable place to study as it's an open shop and light passes directly through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best place to get your waffles and ice cream crave! The nutella waffle I ordered was really light and crispy. One could easily finished it without feeling so filled up! The peanut butter waffle was really good too. Each of us ordered one waffle each and were really satisfied with ours! The ice cream was really flavourful and not too sweet. Even the drinks were quality. However, we did wait a while before all our orders were fulfilled.
