★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer of Baskin Robins not only at this outlet. I always order banana royal and for the topping i always request for strawberry, almond and a cherry without caramel or Choco dip and no whipped cream. I was not being charge for these toppings. But at this outlet, I'm always being charge for those topping as it considered as add-on toppings. I'm not sure whether do have any standardize topping charges. Also realised that worker at this outlet inexperienced and cutting banana without proper hand hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Baskin Robbins Outlet Kota Kemuning because my order got cancelled on Food panda. They said it will be updated after 15 minutes. Then, i placed my order after 20 minutes but my order got cancelled for the second time. I felt frustrated and called them again. But i'm very very frustrated because the Baskin Robins Kota Kemuning said they are busy & not intertain me as customer . Very poor services and this would be my last order from Baskin Robbins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occupied 1 shop lot with access from the front or back access. Have a few tables for customers to enjoy their ice-cream. Staff are friendly and helpful for you to choose flavours. Not so crowded during normal days but not on 31st of the month. Long queue from morning till night when they have discounts on that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream is good as always but when i ordered a pint, with 2 flavors, i assume the amount of each ice cream would be equal...BUT NO! my rainbow sherbet is only 30% on top and 70% below is my citrus lime...abit upset because i really love the sherbet as it is my fav ice cream but i got so little bit. Please do equally put the ice cream when it comes to pint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am ice cream lover and I'm a huge fans for chocolate. So definitely I'm super die-hard fans for baskin robbins, because they have good chocolates flavours ice cream.
My favourite ice cream is Rocky road.
Creamy and rich taste of chocolate , and mixed with lots of nuts. I guess is almond or hazelnuts. That's make the taste upgrade to a superninja level. Can't describe how much I love this taste.
This baskin robbin outlet are very clean and the staff are friendly too.
You can get quite a lot flavours here. Most of the common and signature flavours are available here.
If you are chocolate lover like me, you may like rocky road, chocolates trilogy, brownies chocolate , chocolates and cream !!!
