β β β β β Love the ice creams, always so fresh and soft. High quality product and service. You'll get a 10% discount by paying with a Maybank card. Definitely recommend anything with chocolate, trust me, I tried them all. One setback, buy the pre-made refrigerated ice cream cake at your own risk. The one I got for my birthday was an Oreo ice cream cake and it tasted medicinal and funky, like it had been hanging around the refrigerator since Cleopatra ruled Egypt. A bit disappointed because I'm pretty sure an Oreo cake doesn't have any strawberry flavored stuff in it, but yet me and my friends could taste it. Appreciate the packaging though, comes with dried ice and it kept the cake freezing cold throughout the party. *Thumbs up.

β β β β β Very bad service by one of your staff (the only staff working on morning shift 20/11/2021). She completely ignored us when we were trying to get her assistance. Tried being nice by repeating the same questions over and over. The whole 10mins we were there, talking to her, she ignored ALL of our questions. With rude expressions. Wish i knew her name so BR can do something about it.
