Totally NOT RECOMMENDED at all and DEFINITELY not going back here! Poor attitude and service by the staff especially those Tudung-Malay girls (nothing to do with racism as I’m Malay too) but this poor ladies really have to be teach with a good manner and work professionalism.
NO greetings when customers in, even throwing a sarcastic face back to the customers especially to those delivery riders! Shame on you ladies!
NO assistance provided even after seeing customers is struggling with multiple cakes to carry up to the car. Rather stay inside the shop or bakery room while having own sweet time laughing and joking among the team and it can be heard till the exhibition space or counter area.Such a rude and inconsiderate people!
The worst part NO reconfirmation from the staff if the cake provided is tally and correct as per orders by the customers. Simply placed the cake on the table and left to the bakery room instantly without even say anything to the customers. Truly bad and poor manners! Sorry Sugar Candy but this is the worst experience ever that I’ve got to say. Should provide more an etique and manner training to the staff instead of just baking.
Bring back the old staff whose more friendly, polite and knowing better on how to treat your customers right.

The taste of the cake are good yet very nice( same as shown in the catalogue) the bag are also, not badd!! Cantikk!! Thank you and of course will purchase another soon! ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SC really need to work on the PR skill especially to staff whom responsible for whatsapp enquiry/order. Really disappointed with my experience today.
Update: SC staff had contacted me and apologized for the incident. Hopefully this won't happen again in the future because the cake is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the cake yesterday at the website at 1pm. Saw that the delivery time was between 11am-7pm. So I thought they were gonna settle it by their own way. So I waited for them to notify me about the delivery time and so on. But I was so mad that my cake didn't even arrived! I whatsapp-ed the store and I even called them but NOBODY answered. I was truly unsatisfied with this experience. I even went to their store at Wangsa Maju and it was closed. At least if they weren't able to deliver my item, they should notify me about it but NO. NOTHING. I paid for the cake to celebrate my sister's birthday yesterday but I swear to God this store literally making me mad. My sister's birthday surprise turned into a failure. But today the Sugar Candy agent whatsapp - ed me apologizing for this problem. And sent me the item. That's all. But I don't think I will ever buy from this store again.
