Saw the website mention open but when I reach at 10.05 am it's close and till now its not open .. its 1045am now.. such a huge company with very poor time management.. is it company to rich and dont think morning no ppl will buy shoe.. fuvking useless and wasted my time .. pls dont mention open when it's still close

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought BUBBLEGUMMERS KIDS SANDALS from BATA PJ old town two weeks ago. We went to PENANG, it was rainy but only twice the sandal got wet. And everything of the sandal was falling a part after that. I UNDERSTAND BATA'S LONG REPUTAION FOR SOLID STEADY LONG LASTING FOOTWEARS BUT I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHAT HAPPNED TO MY NIECES SANDAL IN JUST TWO WEEKS. I'm a paying customer I still have the purchased receipt. I'm so disappointed with this issue bearing the matter on lousy substandard quality product & its failure.
