★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My comment on the parking at Menara Bata: When I was there at 3pm, there were ample parking spaces but the building suffers from the Architect's failure to understand how to disperse traffic from the parking bay effectively.
You practically have to drive the very long driveway from one ramp, circle the building's footprint before you get to the next ramp (either to go to the lower or upper level or to exit the car park). What a waste of time & petrol and the congestions created as a results of this simple design failure.
