โ โ โ โ โ Most pathetic bata shop that i went to... people there cant even help customer... i mean we are suppose to find our size... apparently it was clearance stock and whatever was stacked in the boxes we are supposed to search accordingly... i have no issue in searching but u have kept it in a way that its hard... there is a way u should talk to customer... i rather spend extra bucks for better service.... bata m never visitng you again coz u dont know how to treat a customer

โ โ โ โ โ I got a CNY discount voucher worth RM28 from recent purchase at a Bata outlet in the Hypermarket at Ampang and i decided to purchase another pair of shoes while a visit to Seremban.
Been told by the cashier at this outlet that, this shop does not accept the voucher. Seems the voucher is only valid at Bata outlet in Hypermarket.
Does that mean Bata in shoplot and Hypermarket runs under a different entity!!!! Totally unacceptable
