★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoes here are price is comparatively more affordable, decent quality and good variety. However, the staff serving us was VERY RUDE and impatience, she was already throwing tandem when we asked her to get different size once (we asked only once and we did ask nicely). The store was not even busy yet and she was the one approached us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is quite good and have a wide range of products for men, women and kids. The best thing I like about Bata is the price which is very competitive and affordable. You will get most of the shoes in the range of RM100-150 and the quality is also good. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so embarrassing because the Lady at Cashier was yelling at us. There is so many people at the store. We are queuing the at cashier counter waiting for payment. while we queue we also looking for shoes polish, then she yelling "sir! Sir! Sir! This cannot open! If u want see sample i open for u!" Maybe next time u can put i signage "do not open" then your customer will know. U can inform us cannot open but please in nice way. I know you are busy as a store manager (maybe) u should show a good manner. My 1st time shopping experience at Bata MidValley. Hope getting better next time.

BATA has a suprisingly new comfortable sole design called ComFit. It has an air-cushion feel which absorbs impact to tired feet. They incorporate ComFit into many designs, not just the flatties or wedges. Browse the spacious Mid Valley store and look out for the discounts. Affordable and nice service from the responsive staff, though it can be a tad crowded on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service given is extremely terrible from this outlet. Tht big-sized fat old lady (sorry for being rude but she deserves to be called such) is really RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Asked her why does the shoe feel so tight with the insole, and she said "You put in the insole sure like that one loh, don't spoilt the shoe pls" Wow, that's how Bata trained their worker ??
If you happen to shop there, never approach her or else you'll be return with her bossy attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good effort by the cashier named Theresa to find out how to pay using credit card points. Even after i left , she made the effort to find out and call me to let me know she figured it out. Luckily i only went a couple of shops away to have lunch.
