Not surprised to see a few posts on bad staff service. I went to the store in Dec 2021. Staff were chit-chatting and laughing loudly instead of serving customers.

Bought this totally NEW and bought at FULL PRICE rm189.9 from store in midvalley, padding detached in less than 10 days, not even daily use, went back and told it's not exchangeable because I went back at around 10th day, (it's a strictly 7days exchange, at least make the shoes last longer.) Anothrr pair Discounted at rm89+ and after just ONE (1)day of use. Not refundable or exchangeable since its from GPO at discounted price. Deeply disappointed with Charles and Keith. Used to like it in SG for their bags and shoes designn looking great. But would suggest to not purchase, unless u don't mind your having your shoes spoilt in just as little as 1 time use for the price paid.

Very bad customer service. I bought a heels for my engagement day (2 weeks away) yesterday night, and back to the store request exchange for bigger size today afternoon because my leg was painful wearing it, they checked my shoes without greeting and eye contact or even a words after knowing I'm request for exchange, she checking like I'm a criminal, and the Indian women says that Im wearing it out base on what she saw on the heel pad which is clean, ask me to feel the pad and say suppose not this texture, well I can't feel any different as I only testing it in the store and my bedroom at night, hence cannot request exchange, they told me the size I want is not available without checking it. Very poor attitude like they r selling rm200k shoes and doesn't really care after sales service. If cannot exchange, pls remove the statement that item can be exchange within 7 days, i request exchange within 24 hours was rejected. Never coming back.

Staff have no manners. Not being racist, but the Indian ladies are really very rude. Was spoken to in a rough tone by the Indian retail assistants like I owed them money. And not just them too, the Malay guy showed his black face when approached for assistance about shoe sizes. If you're not here to help, then why are you blocking the way and being a waste of space...? Very unpleasant feeling being in this shop.

Strongly agree with the review mentioning the staff serve people based on looks. I'm a size 40/41 (huge feet for women). I picked a showcase heel size 38. I know it's probably not gonna fit me, however I would like to compare with my own feet to know how many size up I should go for. Was trying to avoid troubling the staff to get the size for me a few times. Yet when I compared the size 38 heel with my feet, which is obviously large beside it, I saw the Indian lady at the counter staring at my feet. Instead of offering to size up for me, she immediately divert her eyes after meeting mine, while gossiping with her colleague beside. There's 2 of them at the counter with one customer. I then went in front of her and ask politely if she could get me a size 40. She look at me with a very judgemental eyes and didn't say anything, then she called(shout) another male colleague across the shop to serve me instead. While the Malay guy did try to serve me, this incident makes me really uncomfortable. I felt unpleasant and judged shopping here. Was so sure that I'm gonna get a heel and clutch/bag for a upcoming wedding, but I left without buying anything.

Extremely poor customer service. I went to the shop today to check on a bag which I really liked. I asked a staff if another outlet still had the color that I intended to buy. I showed her the bag and requested for her assistance. She brought the sample bag to the counter and never came back. I stood in the middle of the shop waiting like a criminal. There were 10 staffs and only 2 customers at that time. No one cared about customers. They were busy chit chat with each other. It was a probably due to the fact that I wore a gym suit not a 10k rm LV bag with 10k Channel outfit & perfume. As a result, I got a racist. I never gave any shop one star previously. This is the first time I gave this store one star due to an extreme poor customer service. Hopefully, anyone who is currently the manager of that shop can read and re-train your staffs again. Otherwise, your customers will never come back! Thanks for reading!

I bought this cardholder mini wallet @CK Midvalley last year & started using it in Dec’17, I like the charles & keith signature stamp as time passes, it doesn’t fade away, only the gold key holder & the zip holder slowly getting rusty. But the zip stay in same gold; C&K consists 5compartments & 1zipped compartment 4 compartments for cards, the other 1 can put extra cards & cash, zipped compartment can put cash, coins or keys! So far, it was usefull! Only if the key ring & zip holder was not faded... everything perfecto! Cost Rm79.90.

Staff income based on commission. Not train professionally with good service, especially to those low purchase customer. It is located at the centre entrance, where you can see Starbucks
