The train was delayed so i decided to leave the station and my card was imposed with a Rm 10 penalty when i came out. And when i asked an officer why i wad given a penalty he gave stupid explanations. etc (memang macam tu, lain kali tanya dulu), Dissapointing, extremely disapointing.

1. bad toilet that always unavailable to use (no water & poor clenliness) and we have to pay for it
2. non-friendly officers
3. token machine always broken
4. this KTM looks like it stuck in the 90's (not in a good way)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great experience always here..... I am frequent visitor to Batu caves from here.....
It's cheap reliable and traffic free solution to KL.
also for me the staff is also nice.
Just little bit slow , as if the queue is long for ticket then he must hurry.
Also for me the area of improvement is ticket for kids as despite of having enough cash in card I have to stand in queue to take tickets for my kids. This is something I never liked. KTM should improve on it.
Rest the platforms are very clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. That hideous male staff yelled at me for nothing. I hope he will fall on the train tracks and no one there to help him and the train is just a second away from him.
