★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bad experience at Senawang station just now. The KTM counter guy wasn't professional and quite unfriendly. Didn't give satisfactory answer to my question. Maybe not motivated to work. I'm disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, more advanced than Seremban station. Not that many people come from this station to go to KL Sentral so you can usually pick your seat on the train (be vigilant when waiting for the train especially if it's really empty)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment of the station always keep clean and hygiene. It actually looks quite new, I'm not sure whether it's really new or they keep really clean..but overall really very clean and tidy.
There got very helpful staffs at the counter and if you're required any further assistance, you can directly get help from them.
One thing not good abt it is the lift there, abit slow?If you are rushing then better don't take the lift there, need time to wait the lift to arrive then need time to wait the lift to move. And most of the KTM station of Batu Caves line, esp those outside Klang Valley don't have escalators actually quite inconvenience.
