It was raining so heavily during that time and the technician En. Faliq did not even hesitate to come over and got the battery changed. I held an umbrella for him while he was changing the battery. Call the service centre and within a few minutes, Faliq came. Eventhough it was during night time. He taught me a few tips about car that are very useful for a woman driver like me.
