They had a special sale but the cashier wouldn’t let you know of the term and conditions upon payment. As a customer, you might end up paying more in return. Yes, i do believe they have the right to get profit as much as possible but please be reasonable in advising your customer in their purchases. Please Miss Junaidah. (Name according to receipt)

It is his duty to make sure the customer is understand what the promotion are ongoing at the store and we REALLY understand it really well. The way he served us very in sarcastic way and he did mention one of my friend did not understand the CONCEPT of 'buy 2 free 2'. At that time we had conversation and joking among our self. After hearing what he say, we decided to leave the premises. He should served their customers equal and make sure their customer needed is fulfill. Actually i had bad experience twice at JBCC outlets. Its better go to KLCC or Aeon Tebrau outlet. Hope you can guide your staff better on future. Regards.

The one here in the Komtar JPCC Mall is very nice with lots of variety just like back in Canada. The staff were super friendly and even let me keep my purchases there while I continued to shop. They want their customer to make a purchase but when we ask questions to better understand the promotion she speaks sarcastically with terrible facial expressions making us feel as if we should know what's going on. I even overheard another staff saying the prices they display are wrong. But you get annoyed when someone asks you a question? Why work then? Btw the extremely sarcastic and rude staff name is ZAMIRAH if I am not mistaken. I hope it's the right name. This is Bath and Body Works from Komtar JBCC. Extremely disappointed. 5stars are for the business but 0 stars for the staff mentioned.
