Slow as always, 30 mins average per train. Not suitable for business meet up and working office with punctual time

Compared to the older stops along the Komuter network, Batu Kentonmen is at least a better sheltered station. Similar to other Komuter stops, departure boards are only available at the platforms and not at the fare gates. You'd need to check with the staff in the ticket office or the timetable. Due to recent infrastructure works, train service may be infrequent and multiple terminals used (eg. Southbound trains may terminate at Sentul, Sungei Gadut or Tampin) so it is important to check where the trains are headed to. Unlike other Komuter stops, the entire length of the platform is covered providing shelter from both rain and sun. Fans are available to cool passengers in the humidity unlike in earlier Komuter stops (e.g. Teluk Pulai). Elevators and Escalators are also available in addition to stairs for crossing the tracks. A step up from their earlier network for sure.
