★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis yg sgt teruk...tel x pernah dijawab,baik x payah bagi no tel.bagi surat serahan pon amik masa 35 hari dari tarikh notis.lpas tu sibuk pasal denda yg kononnya klu x amik dlm 30 hari bekerja dari tarikh notis.bab denda cepat pulak.patutnya memang tak layak dpt bintang pon.
 Very bad service ... tel x was never answered, good x bad for tel no. For the letter handing over the amik pound within 35 days from the date of the notice. fast fine anyway. it shouldn't be worth getting a pound star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon update di laman web rasmi waktu berurusan terutama waktu PKP. Saya datang dari Johor Bahru ke Pjbt Tanah Batu Pahat 13 Okt jam 2 ptg. Tahu2 tutup. Katanya urusan sampai jam 1 petang. Kenapa pejabat Tanah Batu Pahat kerja sampai 1 ptg shj. Pejabat Tanah & Galian Johor Bahru boleh aje kerja sampai 4.30 ptg waktu PKP. Kenapa suka2 meletakkan waktu kerja tanpa mengikut waktu yg standard?
Please update on the official website when dealing, especially when PKP. I came from Johor Bahru to Pjbt Tanah Batu Pahat 13 Oct at 2 pm. Tahu2 is closed. He said business until 1 pm. Why does the Batu Pahat Land office work until 1 pm only. The Johor Bahru Land & Mines Office can work until 4.30 pm PKP time. Why do you like to put work hours without following the standard time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite huge free parking space really convenient when it comes to busy hours. However, the processes took very long waiting time. Not only that, one of the office boy misplaced my mother's house grant and wont admit his fault. Now, my mother have lots of other works to do to fix HIS fault. Very dissapointing.
