Why is it so hard to answer a call ... I'm playing DTG, I told you to make an appointment first .... when call x is answered .... so it's hard?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuma nak cakap..servis kaunter sangat mengecewakan...lain pegawai lain versi..jgn anggap semua org tau urusan tanah mcmana..at least u perlu ada checklist utk org follow...xda la kena dtg berkali2..isi borang berkali2...yg byk urusan tu org2 tua..org yg tggal jauh2..org yg bekerja ssh nak cuti berkali2...u mudahkan urusan org,urusan u pun akan dipermudahkan..sy bagi 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pd akak mamak dikaunter(maaf xtau nama)..servis akk mmg superb,terbaik dan bagus..penjelasan yg akk berikan jelas dan teliti..dan amat memudahkan urusan kami di kaunter..akk terbaik??
Just want to say..the counter service is very disappointing ... other officers are different versions..don't assume all people know how to deal with land..at least u need to have a checklist for people to follow ... xda it has to come many times2..fill out the form many times2 ... the big business is old org2..org who lives far away2..org who works ssh wants to take leave many times ... u simplify org's affairs, u's affairs will also be simplified..sy for 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pd akak mamak at the counter (sorry xtau name) .. service akk mmg superb, best and good..explanation that akk gave is clear and thorough..and greatly simplifies our affairs at the counter..akk best??
