★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are comfy and clean. Came with satellite TV and free WiFi ... YAY!!! Location is amazing! Hard Rock opposite. beach nearby. food is good .. we stayed for 2 weeks. Will come again next year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to stay here at this apartment with my 5 friends. The rooms are clean and water pressure is fine by us although we did see reviews saying otherwise. Probably sorted by the management by now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment complex is very run down, dirty and poorly maintained. Hundreds of noisy motorbikes park outside here causing air pollution and noise. The shared areas such as the pool, lifts and paths are filthy, covered with cigarette butts and rubbish. The pool is surrounded by corrugated iron and dirty. The actual apartment is a health hazard. As soon as other accommodation became available we left this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived here for a month. Batu Feringgi wasn’t really our taste, so a long time to be there, but we had already rented the apartment. Our host was amazing and really nice. Always helped if anything wrong. Inside the apartment all was good. It was though a little damp. The whole Bayu Emas Apartments gave the impression of not well maintained. The pool area was not clean and the same goes for the outdoor area.
Edited: even though he writes it doesn’t concern him, this total of all apartments is called Bayu Emas Apartment. And it was here we stayed for the whole month. The outdoor area which takes it down to three stars is the same no matter who is renting out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for vacation and stay at one of the homestay. From outside looks like an old apartment but it's fine. Try to avoid park near the end of the apartment due to monkey business. Quite a peace area I can say. Overnight visitor parking rate is RM10 per day which is ok for us. Few local restaurants within walking distance here. You can go to the beach using the road infront of Pak Mid cafe.

I am very sure by reading your response more than half readers will not stay in Bayu Emas Apartment, can't handle problems, But non of this does matter to you because you don't care or does not concern you or reflect you what, cause we didn't stay there what. Useless...
