★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving in and out a bit confusing, got stuck trying to get out, signages misleading, everywhere no entry, no guidance to go out, shop owners rude, unfriendly and got ticked off for wrong entry that was not on purpose, was trying to find a way out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for eateries serves many varieties of local food. Good SOP in place . Food are reasonable priced. Parking is available and free. And its covered. Hawkers concept. Mainly malay food. They have variety of mee kicap to choose, nasi lemak, nasi campur, nasi ayam penyet, yong tau foo and others. Opens from early morning to evening.

Lower & Upper floor mostly are shoping outlets from clothes to gadget store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a great place to hangout and shop for local handmade products. Now they only have food courts and a restaurant of the 1st floor. The location is strategic and have their own parking lots. Lots of stalls and they serves varieties of food for breakfast until tea time.

Good amount of parking space, limited amount of food outlets option.
But still a good space especially for events and etc.
