★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good local mall. Inside is a small mart called Billion Mart where offers basic groceries and clothings and etc. Mostly a place of attraction during Hari Raya Aidilfitri every year where vendors selling kuih raya and baju raya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't look like anything from the outside. There's a small supermarket on your left as you walk in, the rest is mostly clothing stores. Did find a couple 5 RM t-shirts, so cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It kind of amazes me that some people rate this 5 stars because that basically means there's no room for improvement and that's far from accurate.
It's a small, rundown mall with supermarkt. The top floor is vacant. The 1st floor (US : 2nd floor) contains mainly fashion shops for Muslim women (head scarfs etc.) and a couple of phone accessory shops and a cheap department store. Probably a good place to shop for cheap clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better close!!! Used to be our favourite place for shopping especially during the hari Raya festival. Unfortunately due for unknown reason, this place has became rotten from inside out. On top of that, we add the you residents had got no clue at all what will going on with this place. Lobak authority shall provide necessary information regarding this matter.
