★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse courier company. Rcvd too much of complaints from customer for delayed delivery. And irresponsible response by their team.BBB Express is Nilai branch staff was too rude with customer. Management should need to train the staff how to talk with customer.

Dude, this is the worst courier service everrr!! Not even worth a star!! My order from Shopee was handled by bbb, my parcel was shipped out from seller on 6/7, arrived at Shah Alam hub on 8/7 and got stuck there until today (15/7)!! Seller shop is at Sg Buloh, my address is in Shah Alam, and I have to wait for over a week for you to deliver the parcel??? And nobody even care to answer my call, been trying since yesterday!! Come onnnn!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 1st time with BBB express. The courier boy reached my house and called me. I wasn't at home. And I told him that I will collect from BBB's office. But, the courier boy insisted to send to my office.
The service is superb. Other courier companies will just throw outside my house or ask to pick up from their office. But this courier company surprise me by deliver to me with alternate address!
And the courier boy is so good!!! He is working on Monday, USJ area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out for delivery been 4days ago i still not receive my item! I call and ask everyday your staff told me on the way,everyday on the way! I don't know on the way to sigapore or on the way to china! If cannot send my item just told me cannot send! don't everyday cheating!

The branch couldn't check where is the parcel and same person on the phone, ask me 3 times for the tracking number, just hang up the phone right after telling she will check.
