★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 那不知道是老讲娘讲还是manager 话超级没有礼貌，不友善，新顾客不给做1st trial, 还一直介绍贵贵的给你，一直说你的脸什么啦这样啦那样啦，又不照镜子看看自己的样子，皮肤松松粉底都浮脸了，还有如果你拒绝的话她立刻就摆出一副不做你生意的鸡巴样。
 I do n’t know if it ’s old lady or manager. The words are super rude, unfriendly, new customers do n’t give 1st trials, and I always introduce expensive ones to you, keep telling you what ’s going on like this Look at yourself in the mirror, her skin fluffy foundation is floating, and if you refuse, she immediately puts on a dick like not doing your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful because they will force you to sign packages and keep pushing you to max. Manager is very pushy and so does the beautician.
I’ve already reported them to tribunal jurisdiction & will file a police report again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BANDAR PUTERI BRANCH MANAGER IS SERIOUSLY RUDE AND OUT OF HER MIND. DO NOT GO THERE.
My package was about the expire and I was aware of it, my beautician had told me about the ongoing promotion just in case I wanted to continue, I could. Genuinely, it was within my consideration, it's just that I did not want to purchase then and there. At the end of the session, I politely declined and told her I'll think about it and will come back before the end of the month since the anniversary promo is running till month end, the beautician was understanding and accepted my decision. BUT, the branch manager had to butt in threaten me not once but 3 times, and said that she wanted to close my account if I do not purchase (and i balance of one threatment left undone). Like EXCUSE ME I paid for all my treatments and just because I don't want to sign up to continue today, you want to cancel my account? Please look into the branch manager's attitude, consumers have their right to their spending decisions. And I think I'm not the first one to experience this utterly unpleasant treatment.
