★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidently cut off my thumb tip. Hospital just do lousy dressing. Only this clinic nurse Ms. Magieswari do it properly in gentle manner which turn out my finger recover really fast.. Lucky I came here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is lousy clinic. Will never return to this clinic anymore. They hv lost my daughter's card. Went there 1 month ago n they told me they misplaced. Didn't even apologized about it and the unprofessional doctor said it is normal thing that things got lost. Patient's cards are important n must not misplaced. Spoken to the doctor n she said it is a normal thing. Normal thing???? Wat if prescribed the wrong medicine? Wondering will she said the same thing to me " is a normal thing, things could happen." From here, obviously this doctor is not professional. Best part is she show me her temper that she was not happy that I scolded her. Yes, me as a client I hv the very right to say out wat I feel n dissatisfied. My daughter's medical report details are gone already. I dislike this clinic. The doctor is doctor Shameen. . Will not go back to this lousy clinic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time. I had a allergy after eating some prawn. The Doctor advice for injection, but i never thought the bill is RM220. If the injection is so expensive, is the doc needed to tell me upfront?
Meanwhile, the doc was not provided me the name of 2 types of medicines and injection when i collected my prescription. I think that is not professional.
reviewed again after few days.
the skin allergy problem does not improve at all despite the Dr said the injection was expensive because combination of 5 types antihistamine. I recalled the scenario when i met with the Dr. The clinic is empty like goust house. Dr knew that i came from outstation, he began to thought to charging me extra without upfront telling me.
Most obviously, he has over promised me the injection is super antidote. Now it sound like a spell from black witch.
Story after - - -
i went home to Penang by visiting a clinic bearby my house. The allergy settled with RM45.
