โ โ โ โ โ The most lousy management service provided by BENZ & CARLTON. Terrible service ever. All the staffs are supper lazy. When resident make complaint and the Building Manager always not in office. Call tak angkat. Email no reply. Dont use their service even they can offer you lower Management fee. Really poor service.

โ โ โ โ โ i had a very good experience with this company especially dealing with the manager at Dpulze. Vicky the manager assisted me on my interleakage issues and moreover i am a new owner and my previous owner left alot of mess. Vicky was very helpful, patient and even answered our calls after hours and assisted us from moving in to settling in and becoming residents of dpulze. I also think the place is very well managed and the security services is also very good.

โ โ โ โ โ please do something about your dpulze residence management if you want your business to sustain.. they are the reasons why people don't want to rent at Dpulze residence.. i will let them go this time.. but if the do another mistake.. i myself as a lawyer will make sure this company be sued.. for your information. please read your dpulze residence review. many people are complaining the same thing and all the residents are willing to share and pay another lawyer to take legal actions. it is not wrong to make fines but if you are fining fining tenants just because they are carrying a foldable chair from the unit. that is seriously ridiculous.

โ โ โ โ โ Would give 0 stars. Incompetent and full of mistakes for AGM preparation. Their area manager Lalitha even had the audacity to tell owners to escalate to COB. Minutes of meeting draft was heavily edited not in favour of residents. In my humble opinion, I do not recommend this property management company. Full of headaches and time wastage dealing with them
