β β β β β terrible service, payment collected more than 2 months and they cant provide goods ordered. need to write in email to complain. poor logistics service and the company is inefficient in operations. cant even provide exact goods delivery date even after 2 months.

Staffs were totally not helpful and my order was written wrongly at a unreasonable price. the clothing product is very itchy even though i wore it the correct way. When the product got to me, it was not well packaged and delivery was delayed. After that, i tasted the product and it was not what it claimed to be. In conclusion, it tastes horrible and my child vomited twice because of your zencoso balls and shirouto powder.

β β β β β Bad quality kodenshi pants... very over price... within 3 months the thread start coming out and after 7 months plus is have a hole like torn panty hose.. I am following the gentle washing and handling instructions.
I'm not the only one who experience this.. all my friends who uses this pants have the same feedback... "POOR QUALITY "... one of my lucky friend can last for a year before it got torn hole , the rest like after 2 to 8 months started to have holes on it...
This will be my last time buying anything from this company! I hope somebody can do some QC of the product before selling to end user.
